BREATHOLUTION™ TRAINING AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement outlines the terms under which hypnotherapists, coaches, and wellness practitioners (“Trainees”) agree to participate in the Breatholution™ training provided by Breatholution™.

By checking the checkbox above this agreement, Trainees confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions before making payment. This agreement is legally binding.

1. Scope of Training

This training program is designed to educate and certify Trainees in the use of the Breatholution Method™, a proprietary combination of breathwork, hypnotherapy, and related techniques. The program includes theoretical instruction, practical exercises, and guidance on the safe and effective application of Breatholution™ techniques.

2. Professional Responsibility

Trainees agree to:

• Apply the Breatholution™ techniques in a professional and ethical manner.

• Ensure they are aware of and adhere to the legal and professional standards applicable in their jurisdiction of practice.

• Obtain relevant consents from clients, clearly explaining the potential risks and benefits of Breatholution™.

3. Non-Compete and Training Restrictions

Trainees are expressly prohibited from using the knowledge gained from this training to teach or train other practitioners in the modality of Breatholution™ without prior written consent from Breatholution™. This restriction protects the integrity, quality, and proprietary nature of the Breatholution™ methodology.

4. Acknowledgment of Risks

Trainees understand that Breatholution™ involves physical and emotional elements that may bring about intense reactions and deep emotional release. This modality may not be suitable for all clients, especially those with certain medical or psychological conditions as outlined in the client consent form.

5. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this training:

• Trainees acknowledge they are learning techniques that require careful and professional application.

• Trainees agree not to hold Breatholution™ or its representatives liable for any claims arising from their practice of Breatholution™.

• Trainees accept it is their responsibility to assess the appropriateness of using Breatholution™ with each client.

6. Intellectual Property

Trainees acknowledge that all materials, techniques, and intellectual property provided during the training are proprietary to Breatholution™.
Trainees agree not to reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or teach Breatholution™ methodologies without express written permission.

7. Enrollment & Access Rules

• Enrollment is for the named individual only and is non-transferable.

• Sharing login details or course materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

• Trainees will have access to the online training portal and course materials for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Lifetime Access
As part of this program, trainees will receive lifetime access to the Breathwork Foundations Library, which contains selected training videos and core resources from the Breatholution™ method.
This lifetime access is limited to the content within the Breathwork Foundations Library only and does not include live calls, group coaching, certification assessments, or access to private community spaces beyond the stated duration of those components.
For the purposes of this agreement, “lifetime access” means access for as long as Breatholution™ continues to host and support the Breathwork Foundations Library online. Breatholution™ reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove content within the Library at its sole discretion.

8. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made according to the schedule provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deposits paid to secure a spot in the training (or any associated event) are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the Trainee later participates in the training or not.

• If a payment is missed, the Trainee will:

  • Immediately lose access to all online program modules, materials, and resources.

  • Be removed from group calls and live sessions until payment is resolved.

• Access is reinstated upon full payment of outstanding amounts.

• If payments remain outstanding for more than 15 days, this agreement may be terminated, and the Trainee forfeits all access without refund.

9. Refund Policy – 7 Day Cooling-Off Period

• Trainees have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase in which they may request a full refund for any reason.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the 7-day period.

• After 7 days, no full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• For payment plans, the refund applies to the total paid within the 7-day window. After 7 days, the payment plan must be completed in full.

10. Responsibility for Participation

• It is the Trainee’s responsibility to attend sessions, complete assignments, and engage with the training.

• Breatholution™ will not provide one-on-one “babysitting” to ensure participation or to find practice partners.

• Networking and practice arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Trainee.

11. Certification Criteria

Certification will only be awarded to trainees who:

• Complete all required modules and assignments.

• Attend all mandatory live sessions (or approved make-ups).

• Demonstrate competency in applying the Breatholution™ method.
  Failure to meet these criteria means certification will not be granted, regardless of payment status.

12. Confidentiality

Trainees agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

• Any personal information shared by other trainees during the program.

• All client information discussed in training or practice sessions.

13. Event & Schedule Changes

Breatholution™ reserves the right to modify training schedules, session content, or facilitators as needed to ensure the highest quality delivery.

14. Results Disclaimer

Breatholution™ does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, or financial results. Outcomes vary based on individual commitment, skill, and application of the training.

15. Breach of Agreement

Any breach of these terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund.

• Possible legal action in cases of intellectual property theft, misuse, or defamation.

16. Agreement to Proceed

By checking the checkbox above this agreement, the Trainee confirms that they have read, understood, and accept all the terms and conditions. They agree to proceed with the training fully aware of their responsibilities and the limitations of their practice.
