HYPNOBREATHWORK™ RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Shared Accommodation Agreement
All accommodations are shared with other retreat participants. Private rooms are not guaranteed unless explicitly arranged and paid for in advance. By registering, you acknowledge and accept that you may be sharing a room with other guests.

2. Room Assignment Policy
Room assignments will be made by Fabian Wesselink / HypnoBreathwork™ at our sole discretion, based on availability, logistics, and the overall needs of the group. We aim to provide a fair and comfortable arrangement for all guests, but cannot guarantee specific room requests.

3. Room Variability Disclaimer
Please note: not all rooms are identical in size, amenities, or features. While all rooms meet the standards of the venue, variations in view, furnishings, or layout may occur. By registering, you agree to accept the room assigned without complaint or claim. Room differences do not entitle guests to discounts, credits, refunds, or compensation of any kind.

4. Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required to secure your spot. Full balance is due by [date]. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation of your reservation, with no refund of the deposit.

5. Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued. You may transfer your spot to another participant with written approval from Fabian Wesselink / HypnoBreathwork™.

6. Participation Agreement
By registering, you acknowledge and accept all retreat terms and conditions, and agree to participate fully and respectfully in all activities, while taking full responsibility for your personal safety, well-being, and belongings.

7. Dietary & Health Disclosures
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements if communicated at least 4 weeks before the retreat start date. Guests are responsible for informing Fabian Wesselink / HypnoBreathwork™ of any medical, allergy, or health conditions that may impact participation.

8. Additional Costs
Personal expenses, additional meals, shopping, excursions outside of the scheduled retreat program, or any other items not explicitly included are the participant’s responsibility.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY – ICE BATH & PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge that participation in cold therapy (including but not limited to ice baths), breathwork, yoga, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to hypothermia, fainting, cardiac events, or other adverse physical reactions.

You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in these activities, that you are physically healthy and medically cleared for participation, and that you accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or adverse effect that may occur.

You hereby release and hold harmless Fabian Wesselink / HypnoBreathwork™, its facilitators, staff, contractors, and the venue from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in any retreat activities, including but not limited to ice bath or cold exposure.

MEDIA RELEASE – PHOTO & VIDEO

By attending this retreat, you grant Fabian Wesselink / HypnoBreathwork™ permission to photograph and record video footage of you during retreat activities. You consent to the use of these photos and videos for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes on social media, websites, print materials, and other channels.

As part of your retreat experience, professional photos will be taken throughout the retreat. You will receive a selection of professionally edited images for your personal use, including for your social media profiles, website, or other platforms. These photos will be delivered digitally within [X days] after the retreat.

If you do not wish to appear in marketing photos or videos, it is your responsibility to notify Fabian Wesselink / HypnoBreathwork™ in writing prior to the retreat start date.

Consent and Health Information for this HypnoBreathwork Group Session.

As you prepare to participate in this HypnoBreathwork session, it is imperative that you understand and agree to the terms outlined in this consent form. This document will cover important health considerations and the terms of participation.

Health Considerations

Please be aware that this specific HypnoBreathwork session involves intensive (activation) breathwork and hypnotherapy techniques that may not be suitable for everyone. Specifically, this practice may not be appropriate if you have any of the following conditions:

Cardiovascular issues, including abnormal blood pressure

History of aneurysms or seizures

Significant medical conditions requiring heavy medication

Severe psychiatric symptoms, including psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar depression

Osteoporosis or recent surgery

Glaucoma or pregnancy

Mental health conditions without current treatment or adequate support

This list is not exhaustive. If you have a medical condition not mentioned above, we advise consulting with a physician to ensure your safety before starting any breathwork activities.

Agreement and Acknowledgment of Risk

By choosing to participate in this HypnoBreathwork session, you confirm that you have read and understood the health considerations mentioned. You recognize that while this HypnoBreathwork session can offer significant benefits, there are risks involved, especially if you have any of the conditions listed above or other health issues.

It is strongly recommended that you consult with a healthcare provider to assess your suitability for this type of therapy. Participating in this HypnoBreathwork session indicates your agreement to proceed at your own risk, fully aware of your health status.

You agree not to hold HypnBreathwork™ or its representatives liable for any claims arising from your participation of this HypnoBreathwork session.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to request a refund for any reason.
